3 Lakes Cleaning and Property Services, LLC was born out of a genuine love for Grand Lake and the mountain communities that surround it. Founded by Christine Bonnett, our company was created to fill a need that Christine saw firsthand: property owners who needed a reliable, detail-oriented partner to care for their homes.

What started as a small residential cleaning service has grown into a comprehensive property management and housekeeping operation serving homeowners, vacation rental hosts, and property investors across Grand County.
